Finding database functions was surprisingly easy
As I started using the software day to day, I noticed that locating the database features was more straightforward than I had expected. I wasn’t sure at first if the labeling in the menu would be intuitive, but it turned out the categories were well organized under clear tabs. That made integrating our contacts and data into the workflow less cumbersome than I worried it might be. On the other hand, I did find the dialer settings a bit less visible, and I had to search through multiple screens before figuring out how to adjust call handling preferences. Maybe it’s just me and the way I approach new tools, but some aspects could use clearer signposting. For the most part, though, being able to find what I needed quickly helped reduce time spent fiddling and made the software feel more approachable. Updates also happened automatically so I didn't have to manually check for new features, which was convenient. In general, this aspect of the software worked well enough for my typical tasks.
