finding clear labels was surprisingly bad

I really struggled to find clear and accurate information about the software features before buying. The website and sign-up pages had labels that didn’t always make sense to me, which was frustrating because I wanted to understand exactly what tools like the dialer or database offered. Even the explanations during onboarding felt vague and did not clearly define the steps I had to take. This lack of straightforward wording made it harder to get going quickly. I had to call support multiple times just to confirm things, and while the support staff tried to help, the delay in response and sometimes the unclear instructions left me feeling stuck. Invoicing was fairly straightforward, but the main problem was the starting experience where finding reliable info was surprisingly difficult. It felt like the key features weren’t labeled in a way that matches how I work or think about tasks, which created unnecessary confusion and wasted my time. Overall, I found it much harder than expected to get clarity on the software before using it.
