Finding billing info took time but mostly got it done
When I first tried to check my billing and payments information, I found the software’s interface to be somewhat cluttered, making it tricky to locate the exact invoice or payment status I needed. However, after navigating through the menus a few times and using the search function, I managed to get what I was looking for. The automatic updates helped keep the billing system current, but occasionally these updates changed the layout, requiring me to relearn where things were. I appreciated the telephonic support as they guided me efficiently over the phone, saving a lot of confusion. Overall, while it took some effort to find the billing details, once I understood the flow, the system worked as intended.
