Finding billing details was smooth, but payment options confused me
When I first signed up, I expected the billing section to be straightforward, allowing me to quickly view and understand all charges. To my relief, locating previous invoices was quite simple through their dashboard, which helped me keep a record of payments without much hassle. However, when it came to making a payment, the options presented seemed limited, and I found it a bit unclear whether certain payment methods were accepted or not, which slowed me down. Compared to other platforms where payment gateways are directly integrated, I had to take an extra step here that I hadn’t anticipated. On the positive side, the invoicing itself was detailed and easy to interpret. Overall, while I appreciated how easy it was to find what I needed regarding invoices and history, the payment process could be made more intuitive with clear indications of accepted methods and smoother checkouts. This mixed experience affected how I felt about managing my subscription but I believe some refinements could really improve user convenience.
