Finding billing details was mostly smooth but needed extra navigation
Overall, I found locating what I needed in billing and payments fairly straightforward. The invoice access was clearly visible on the dashboard which made it easy to get to and review. However, if I wanted to check earlier payments or download other documents, it took a little more digging within the menus. So while the main functions were easy to find, the deeper billing history wasn’t as obviously placed as I would have liked. The payment process itself was simple once I reached it — steps were clear and confirmations helpful. I think the effort needed to fully explore all portions of billing could be slightly reduced by streamlining menu paths, but it wasn’t a huge issue. The experience struck a balance: quick in usual cases with minor added time for full detail checks.
