Finding basic info was tricky, but sign-up was smooth
During my pre-purchase research with WFHI, I found the experience mostly challenging because finding detailed information was not easy. The website navigation sometimes led me to outdated pages, and some key features were not well explained. It took multiple attempts and contacting support to get clarity on how the database and calling dialer functions worked in practice. That said, once I decided to sign up, the process itself was quite smooth. The invoice generation and payment interface were simple and worked without problems. However, the lack of comprehensive, easily accessible content upfront made evaluating the product harder than it should have been. Support helped eventually but initial self-service options were limited. Overall, while the sign-up and billing went well with minimal fuss, the path to getting there lacked the clear guidance and information that would have made my decision easier. For anyone wanting an effortless understanding before purchasing, this could feel frustrating.
