Finding answers took longer than expected, but support was polite

The documentation was decent but not always straightforward enough to solve the issues on my own immediately. While the telephonic support was polite and helpful when reached, I had to wait on hold longer than I liked before getting connected. This meant the time it took to get proper guidance was significantly more than I hoped for. On the brighter side, once connected, the support staff patiently walked me through each step and ensured my concerns were addressed. The automatic updates sometimes complicated navigation initially, but the team explained the changes well. Despite this, the overall time investment to find solutions felt excessive. I do appreciate the banter was balanced, and the sign-up and payments process was smoother comparatively, yet the delayed aid and search time for help was a bit frustrating.
