Finally understood the process, but some explanations fell short
At first, I struggled to understand exactly how your system was supposed to improve my remote workflow. The initial explanations around the calling tools and especially the dialer feature were detailed yet not easily comprehensible. It wasn't until midway through the training that the purpose of the database feature clicked for me; I realized how important it was for organizing contacts and managing follow-ups effectively. Sign-up and payment processes were clearly laid out, which was a relief since that part felt straightforward. Telephonic support was generally useful, though sometimes the explanations I received were too technical, which didn't help clarify my doubts right away. Automatic updates were somewhat inconsistent — some brought useful improvements, while others introduced minor glitches that took time to adapt to. To sum up, the learning curve was steeper than I expected, but eventually, the software began aligning with what I needed. Still, clearer communication up front would have made getting started less frustrating for me.
