Onboarding process thoda lamba tha, specially training ke modules ko complete karne mein time gaya kyunki calling tools ke setup mein kuch confusion tha. Lekin jab dialer aur database properly integrate hua, tab meri working routine easy ho gayi. Mujhe lagta hai ki agar thoda step-wise aur guided onboarding ho toh aur better hota. Support team ne phone pe help ki, par unka wait thoda zyada tha. Overall, thoda struggle ke baad, system ne kaafi smooth operation diya aur mai apne workflow mein confident hua.
