Finally realized this software wasn’t exactly what I expected
I was pretty tired of trying to explain this to people before, but honestly, the moment it clicked for me was somewhat disappointing. When I first signed up for this software, I expected a fully intuitive experience with immediate clarity on the dashboard and how the dialer would work. However, it wasn’t until midway through the week that I realized some features didn’t align with what I had imagined. The database setup, for example, required a lot more manual adjustment than I thought. And the automatic updates sometimes changed things in unexpected ways that made me feel like I had to relearn parts of the interface. I did appreciate telephonic support, but it felt like a temporary fix rather than a complete solution. The sign-up and payment worked as planned, but that’s standard for most platforms. In the end, it just didn’t fully meet the expectations I had based on initial descriptions. So the moment it truly clicked was when I acknowledged that it wasn’t quite the seamless remote workflow tool I’d pictured. Maybe with more experience, I’d get used to it, but that first realization wasn’t great.
