Finally got the system running on my own
I wasn't totally sure how much help to expect when I started with the WFHI software and training, and honestly, I ended up figuring out quite a bit by myself. There were some steps in the onboarding flow that I needed to go over a couple of times before it made sense, and the documentation helped most of the way. What surprised me was how the calling tools, especially the dialer, integrated into my routine after a few days of use. The automatic updates rolled out smoothly, so I didn't have to worry about maintaining the system manually. Sometimes I wondered if I should call support, but I mostly managed issues alone. I guess it's partly because I'm a bit stubborn, but the software design also encourages a certain level of self-service. So, in the end, I feel good that I worked things out without depending heavily on telephonic support, even though it's nice to know it's there if needed. I think this hands-on experience helps me understand the system better for future use.
