Finally got support that actually fits my working hours
I've had a lot of experience with various support teams over time, so trust me when I say I wasn’t expecting much. But with WFHI, what caught my attention was how their telephonic support actually lined up with the hours I was working. It's not often that happens, and usually support hours are just a checkbox that doesn’t really help. After a few calls and emails, it clicked that they really had timed their assistance around common remote workflow schedules, which felt like a real breath of fresh air. Because of that, I could get answers when I needed them instead of waiting or missing out on valuable work time. The communication was straightforward, no extra noise, just useful help. It really made me wonder if they'd done their homework on actual work routines. Though it’s basic help, having support that fits my schedule makes all the difference and is a rare thing I’m grateful for.
