Finally got it after some stumbling
The billing and payment section was a bit confusing at first; I had trouble locating the exact invoice I needed among the dashboard options. However, after poking around and re-checking my emails, the payment information eventually clicked and became clear. Some details about payment dates and confirmation processes could be more upfront to avoid that initial frustration. On the other hand, once the hurdle was crossed, the invoicing system worked smoothly and I didn't face any issues with automatic updates or the sign-up flow. I appreciate that the telephonic support was available to answer questions, even if finding the right documents took longer than expected. So, it was a bit of a mixed experience: easy once understood but not very intuitive from the start. That moment when I finally figured out where all the payment details were hiding made me feel a bit relieved, but I wish it had been designed so I didn’t have to hunt so much.
