Finally got it after some back and forth
The telephonic support wasn’t instantly reassuring when I first reached out because the initial explanations felt somewhat generic and didn’t zero in on my real questions about the database and updating features. But after a couple more calls and taking time to follow the training materials on my own, things started to click. I began feeling more confident about using the dialer and understanding how invoicing is managed automatically. The sign-up and payment processes were fairly straightforward, which helped build trust. The automatic updates sometimes changed the settings unexpectedly, but telephonic support would patiently guide me through the adjustments. So it took some effort and persistence, but eventually the communications succeeded in making me comfortable enough to rely on the software day to day. The balance between frustration and progress felt typical for complex software, and I ended up appreciating having support to fall back on whenever I stumbled.
