finally got how payments worked
After using the billing and payment system for a couple of weeks, I finally got a grip on how it compares to what I used before. Initially, there was some confusion about invoice generation and how automatic updates affect the amount due, which was a bit frustrating. Compared to other systems, this felt both familiar and different; the layout was okay but the sequence wasn't as smooth as I'd hoped. However, the support calls helped clear some doubts and the payment flow settled after a few tries. So while it took a moment to click for me, now that I understand it better, I expect it to be mostly straightforward moving forward.
