Figuring Things Out Myself Worked Well, Though Support Could Be Quicker
I found the WFHI sales and pre-purchase phase involved quite a bit of self-directed learning, which at first felt a bit daunting. There wasn't a step-by-step hand-holding, so I had to spend time understanding how the software features and calling tools would fit my workflow. However, this turned out to be beneficial because it allowed me to explore the features at my own pace and tailor what I learned directly to my needs. That said, the training sessions did provide a solid foundation, especially regarding the dialer and database, but more interactive demos would have been welcome to reduce trial and error. One downside was that telephonic support, while polite and generally helpful, took longer than I wished to resolve some of my questions. The automatic updates usually improved the software experience, which kept things fresh without extra hassle. Overall, the payment and invoicing process was clear and uncomplicated, balancing out the slower moments in support. I'm glad for the flexibility I had, though a bit more rapid assistance would have made it even better.
