Figuring out the texts and labels took more effort than I thought
I found the sales materials and pre-purchase information from WFHI to be somewhat of a mixed experience. On the positive side, the overall effort to sign up and start the onboarding process was manageable and the training courses seemed well structured. However, I did struggle a bit with the wording used in some parts of the software and the labels on various buttons and options. They were sometimes confusing or ambiguous, making it harder than expected to understand what each feature would do without looking for extra explanations. This added extra effort to my learning curve and slowed me down initially, though support was available to clarify points when I asked. The invoicing and payment steps were fairly clear but some terms were named differently than I anticipated, which caused brief uncertainties. I appreciated that once I got used to the vocabulary, navigating the database feature and calling tools became easier and felt natural. So, while there was definitely some extra work involved in getting acquainted with the language of the platform, the rest of the process worked well enough to keep me motivated. I would say that a bit more user-friendly wording and clearer labels could improve the experience especially for new users setting up remote workflows.
