Figuring out the key features took almost half a day
When I first started looking into the software, I realized that a lot of the details about how it works were not fully explained in advance, so I had to spend some quality time figuring things out myself. The sign-up process was clean, but understanding how to integrate the calling tools and database into my workflow was something I worked on independently. Thankfully, the training materials were there when I needed them, but I preferred experimenting to get a feel for the system. I did not find the invoicing or payment process complicated, which was a relief. Although I wish there had been a more guided pre-purchase explanation, I am now pretty comfortable navigating the software features, and it feels like my initial efforts were well worth it. Overall, it took me nearly half a day to get up to speed, but I’m glad I put in that time.
