Figuring out the dialer integration was the thing
Honestly, the part that really went well for me was figuring out how the dialer integrated with the rest of the software environment. I didn’t have to depend heavily on support because the instructions, although brief, were sufficient to make me comfortable with using it. Most of the onboarding training focused on basics, but the dialer had some quirks that I had to understand on my own. It felt like I was retreading some territory from previous experiences with different software, so that helped reduce frustration. The rest of the training didn’t require a lot of guesswork, but if you are not familiar with this kind of workflow, you might find yourself spending more time experimenting. The support team was there, but I found self-solving quicker. The database features and automatic updates didn’t complicate matters much once the dialer clicks were figured out. Overall, I’m fine with the balance between training provided and the amount of figuring out I had to do myself; it wasn’t excessive, but it was definitely there.
