Figuring out the database setup took some trying
When I first started using WFHI's software, I honestly thought the onboarding process would walk me step by step in setting up the database feature, but I found that I had to figure out quite a bit on my own. It wasn't so clear how the database was meant to integrate with my existing remote workflow tools, so I spent some time experimenting before it clicked. The calling tools and dialer were more straightforward; they seemed pretty ready to go once I signed in and set them up, which was a relief. Still, the initial absence of detailed guidance on the database left me a bit hesitant. On the bright side, the automatic updates didn't interrupt my work much, and invoicing and payments were easy to handle with clear confirmation emails. I guess I expected smoother direction on using the database feature from the start, but after working it out myself and a few calls to support, it's functioning how I imagined. So the main thing is the database integration was less guided than the rest, but nothing too bad, just unexpected.
