Figuring out most things by myself, but it mostly worked well
I went into the training and onboarding with some hope but no grand expectations, and actually, a lot of it required me to work things out on my own more than I anticipated. The initial instructions were a bit generic, and I had to spend quite a bit of time exploring the different modules, especially the calling tools and database feature, to get comfortable. It wasn’t exactly a smooth start, but the training materials were well organized once I got through the basics. The dialer had some quirks I only discovered by trial and error, which was frustrating but also part of the learning curve. Still, I felt supported enough with the telephonic support line when I got stuck, although sometimes I wished the responses were quicker. On the plus side, the automatic updates seamlessly integrated without interrupting my workflow, and the invoicing process was straightforward once I got past the initial sign-up confusion. Looking back, I appreciate how I learned through doing, though clearer initial guidance would have saved me some time.
