Figuring out if it fits my actual working hours was a challenge
I had high hopes when I first looked into this because the sign-up and initial invoicing seemed straightforward. But once I started considering how the software and training fit into my actual working hours, I grew uncertain. The onboarding took some effort to understand, and the training did not really clarify how flexible the tools were for my schedule. The dialer, database, and calling tools all seemed to expect a consistent time commitment that didn't really align with my availability. I tried to contact telephonic support for clarification, but their answers were somewhat generic rather than tailored to my situation. Even though automatic updates were meant to improve things, they didn't address my main concern about timing. I found myself repeatedly questioning if this was the right fit for my hours, which took quite a bit of time and effort. By the end, I was left unsure whether continuing with this setup was practical given my working patterns, despite having done the sign-up and payment without trouble.
