Figuring it out as I went felt both challenging and rewarding
Looking back on my experience with WFHI training and onboarding, I realize how much I had to work out on my own. There was a basic structure provided, but often I found myself reading through the software features and experimenting more than following explicit instructions. The dialer tool, while powerful, required some trial and error to integrate well with the workflow I wanted. Database usage also encouraged me to customize my own approach. On the bright side, automatic updates kept improving the platform without disturbing my progress. The sign-up and payment process was easy enough and support was available when I really needed it, though it wasn't overly involved. Overall, the whole thing felt like a bit of a self-driven discovery journey — not completely handed to me, which suited me fine but might not work for everyone.
