figured out the basics when I hit the database

I spent several sessions going through the onboarding and training materials WFHI provided. The training was thorough but definitely required me to fill in some gaps on my own, especially when it came to integrating the dialer with my existing workflow. Initially, the videos explained the features but the actual application felt a bit different when I started using it live. The moment it clicked was when I began using the database feature effectively. Until that point, I kept having to pause and figure out how to import and manage contacts properly. The calling tools interface also took some getting used to. It wasn’t impossible to understand but the lack of detailed step-by-step explanation in the early training meant I had a learning curve. On the other hand, once I got past the onboarding, the software’s automatic updates helped keep everything running smoothly without me needing to intervene. Telephonic support was available, but I mostly used it for specific questions rather than general navigation help. In summary, the training set a foundation but I ended up relying on trial and error to really understand how to leverage the software best.
