Figured out most things on my own quickly
I had pretty much expected the sales and pre-purchase information to be basic, and that meant I needed to do a fair bit of figuring out things on my own. Right after signing up, I explored the dashboard and features independently without much handholding. It wasn't a complicated process once I got access, but everything about how calling tools and the dialer work needed to be discovered practically through use. Their online training was useful, but I found myself spending most of the onboarding time testing and navigating without real assistance. Setting up the database and getting acclimated to automatic updates demanded some patience and trial error. The invoicing and payment steps were simple and didn't require additional input beyond standard details. Overall, the effort required was significant but manageable. The platform had enough clarity so I wasn’t stuck guessing and the interface wasn’t overwhelming; I just had to put in my own resourcefulness to get most of it running comfortably.
