Figured out most things myself, though support was reachable
I feel like the telephonic support was okay in terms of accessibility—I could get through when needed, and they answered calls in a timely manner. However, I was left to figure out quite a bit on my own. The initial info from training and onboarding didn't fully prepare me for some of the software features, like the more advanced database functions and dialer settings. That led to a lot of trial and error, which was frustrating considering I expected more direct guidance. The automatic updates sometimes changed layouts or options that weren’t clearly explained, so I had to spend extra time reading through the help pages. Support was generally polite and tried to assist, but often they provided scripted answers rather than tailored solutions, so I didn’t always feel fully confident the issue was resolved. I can at least say the core calling tools worked as intended once I got them set up, and invoicing was clear enough. Still, the experience left me wishing the support communication was more proactive rather than reactive, since I ended up doing most of the work myself to keep things moving.
