Figured out most stuff myself, support wasn’t much of a help
To be honest, I found myself doing a lot of figuring out on my own when using WFHI’s tools. The software itself could be useful once you get the hang of it, but the documentation and onboarding didn’t cover everything clearly. I ended up spending considerable time just trying to connect the dots between the dialer, calling tools, and database features. I reached out to telephonic support a few times, but the communication was slow and often left me needing to look for answers elsewhere. Sign-up and invoice processes were okay, but the biggest frustration was the lack of intuitive guidance during usage. While the software has potential, it felt like I had to invest more personal effort than expected to make it work. If you’re prepared to troubleshoot a lot yourself, this might be alright, but otherwise, expect a steep learning curve without much hand-holding.
