Figured out most stuff but needed to poke around quite a bit

When I first got access to the software, I realized that a good part of it, especially how to handle the database and use the dialer tools, was not fully hand-held during onboarding. I had to spend some time just exploring the dashboard and clicking through various options to understand how to get things running. The automatic updates seemed to happen reliably in the background, which was reassuring, so I didn’t have to manually check for new versions or anything. Support was there if I called, but often I preferred to solve things myself before asking, which made the whole process a bit slower than maybe it should have been. I feel like if there had been more detailed initial training on the actual software features, particularly live calls and data entry in the database, I would have felt more confident sooner. On the other hand, once I got the hang of it, the sign up and payment parts were actually very straightforward and worked without any hassle. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid setup but expect some initial wandering and trial-and-error as you figure it out. I would tell a friend it’s worth it, but plan to spend some solo time to get fully comfortable.
