Figured it out mostly on my own but it finally worked

I've had quite a bit of back and forth figuring out how to make the WFHI software really suit my workflow. The support team was pleasant enough but I often found myself exploring features solo, trying to piece together the best way to use the dialer effectively along with the database. It wasn't always straightforward, and the automatic updates sometimes changed things unexpectedly, which meant I had to re-learn some parts or tweak settings after the fact. What stands out is that I invested a fair amount of time understanding the sign-up, payment procedures, and how invoicing would reflect my usage. It felt like a lot to grasp initially, but eventually I hit on a workflow that clicks for me. The training helped point me in the right direction but didn't cover every detail I needed, so self-discovery was key. Looking back, despite the bumps, the outcome is that now I run my remote workflows with fewer interruptions, and the software generally serves its purpose well. I guess persistence is part of the package here, but it did pay off in the end.
