figured it out but took some effort
I started the onboarding training with some hope it would help get me set up quickly. Honestly there was a good amount that I had to work out on my own because some steps felt a bit confusing or rushed. For example, the initial training videos showed the basics but didn’t cover a few specific scenarios I encountered while setting up my workspaces. The dialer feature was something I had to explore separately since the documentation wasn’t fully clear on how to integrate contacts from the database feature seamlessly. However, after a couple of days tinkering, I was able to get things working in a way that made sense to me. Automatic updates didn't interrupt my flow too much, which was a relief. Onboarding calls with support were helpful but not instantly responsive every time, so there was a wait sometimes. Invoicing was straightforward and the sign-up process was simple enough. Overall, the mix of self-navigation and guided content led to a decent outcome but I’d say you should be ready to spend some time figuring things out yourself.
