Figured it all out in the end, but it could’ve been smoother
Hey, so I’ve been going through the training and onboarding stuff, and honestly I had to figure out a fair amount on my own. The software’s basic functions were kind of obvious, but a lot of the finer points around the dialer and the database feature took some trial and error. I didn’t feel there was much hand-holding, though the training materials were decent. I guess what I mean is that you get taught the basics, but for the quirky stuff or more advanced settings, you’re mostly left to discover things by yourself. It wasn’t terrible by any means, but I found myself googling tips to make the best of it. Still, after playing around for a bit and asking support a few times over the phone, I could finally say I was comfortable using the platform. The outcome is positive for me — I’m fully operational now and can use the calling tools effectively all week long. I do wish the whole onboarding felt a bit more guided though, even if just a few more examples or detailed walkthroughs could help newbies get up to speed faster. At the end of the day, I’m happy with where I ended up, but the journey to that point was more self-driven than expected.
