Felt unsure by the end, but appreciated early clarity
My experience during sales and pre-purchase was mixed. Early communications made a positive impression, providing clear information about what the software could do. That part stood out, really. However, by the time I moved to the final steps, I felt some doubts creeping in. It wasn’t quite as straightforward as the initial pitch led me to believe. There were moments when the explanations didn’t hit the mark in terms of detail or specific examples, which made it hard to feel completely confident about how the software would fit my needs. Overall, I’m neither fully convinced nor fully discouraged, just somewhere in between. The initial clarity was a strength, yet some uncertainties remained as I approached sign-up. I think more detailed previews or a demo could have helped close that gap.
