felt unclear about some sales terms and labels

felt unclear about some sales terms and labels

I went through the sales and pre-purchase details with some interest but ended up a bit confused. On one hand, the software features looked promising and the main selling points were quite clear to me. However, some of the wording and labels used in the software dashboard and ordering pages seemed inconsistent or vague. This made me hesitate a bit because I wasn't quite sure what exactly I was signing up for or what certain features included. The payment options and invoice terms were clearer, which I appreciated, but the initial descriptions and how the product was presented in parts could have been more straightforward. The feeling overall was that this is a good product but the communication side needs tightening to avoid any ambiguity for potential customers. I wouldn't say it was a dealbreaker but it did leave me second-guessing.
