Felt the setup needed way more ongoing support
I had the impression that most of the setup felt like a one-off affair, but later I realized I needed ongoing communication to keep things running smoothly. Though support was reachable, the follow-up assistance wasn’t robust enough to guide me through continual adjustments or evolving use. The initial instructions seemed okay, but the lack of sustained interaction made me feel a bit stranded when I faced issues later on. It wasn’t terrible, and some elements such as basic troubleshooting were handled properly, but overall I expected a steadier ongoing support system. Differences between what was promised during sign-up and actual experience created a sense of being somewhat left alone to figure things out afterward.
