Felt stuck and confused, probably because the steps werent clear

Looking back at my experience with the WFHI onboarding and training, I honestly feel quite frustrated. The steps were all over the place and didn’t follow a sensible order, making it hard to know what to focus on next or how to get everything set up effectively. It felt like I was jumping between different modules without a clear direction, which sometimes left me confused about whether I was missing important information or just going about it the wrong way. I tried to be patient and follow along, but the lack of structure made me question if I was really learning what I needed to run the software properly. It wasn’t very intuitive, and unlike other training programs I've tried, I didn’t get the sense that the material built up logically. Instead, I had to backtrack often to refresh on earlier parts or figure out how one step connected to another. Even though some sections were helpful, the overall flow left me feeling stuck rather than progressing smoothly. After a while, I stopped feeling motivated because the disorganized order felt like a constant barrier. If the training had been planned better to guide me through sequentially, I think I would have been far more confident and less overwhelmed. The onboarding experience was supposed to prepare me to use the software with ease, but sadly, it did quite the opposite for me.
