Felt steady overall, maybe because setup was mostly once-off
My experience leading up to actually purchasing and setting up WFHI’s software was generally calm and steady. There wasn't a lot of pressure from sales, which helped me feel comfortable and not rushed. When talking about the setup process, I noticed much of it was one-off work, such as entering my database details and installing the dialing software. These initial steps took a little time, but it felt like once done, there wouldn’t be frequent repeated setups needed every month or so. That gave me some reassurance that maintaining this system wouldn’t be a constant hassle on top of my daily work. There was also clear information on how the automatic updates would roll out, so I wasn’t caught off guard with unexpected changes. Of course, the recurring nature of payments was part of the deal as expected, but the actual technical setup felt quite manageable because that was mostly frontloaded. Overall, I walked away with a sense that the investment was steady without hidden repeats lurking behind the scenes, and that feeling helped me get comfortable with the purchase decision.
