Felt steady but not overly confident
The entire software and access setup felt fairly smooth by the time I finished the onboarding and training modules. I was able to explore the different calling tools and database features without too much trouble, though I didn’t rush through to everything. Automatic updates happened in the background, and I didn’t notice any interruptions. Signing up and the payment process were straightforward enough, with clear invoices sent out promptly. What gave me real confidence was being able to test the dialer on calls over a few days without major glitches. Telephonic support was available when I had a couple of minor questions, which helped calm any uncertainty. Still, I wouldn’t say I’m exceptionally confident to handle every feature solo right away. Some aspects take a bit more getting used to, and I admit there’s a little hesitation before diving into more complex workflows. It’s a reliable platform though, and it presented itself steadily, rather than with overwhelming hype or complexity. The software generally felt like it worked as expected without any surprising hiccups but without dazzling me either. So in short, it felt stable and usable with a minor reservation about how intuitive the interface feels to a new user at first glance.
