Felt something important was missing in training
When I first signed up for the training and onboarding, I was hopeful. They have some good materials on paper, and I did find the basics explained okay. The initial sign-up and invoicing process went smoothly, which was a relief, especially since I wasn’t sure how complicated it might be. However, as I moved through the onboarding, I found myself still unsure about how to integrate the calling tools fully into my workflow. The dialer setup was a bit confusing, and trialing the database feature felt more like guesswork than guided learning. I called the telephonic support a couple of times, thinking they’d help me feel more confident by explaining things in order, but the guidance felt fragmented, like they skipped some key points I really needed. Automatic updates happened, but without clear notes about what changed, which didn’t help my confidence either. I guess some parts of the training were fine, like the initial demo videos—they were clear enough and did set a reasonable foundation. Still, by the end, I was left feeling I myself had to figure out many details on my own. Confidence in using the software fully and efficiently just didn’t develop as I had hoped. I was expecting to finish the onboarding feeling ready and confident to start real workflows, but there was a noticeable gap in how practically prepared I felt. This missing element made it more frustrating than it might have been otherwise.
