Felt ready at last, would do onboarding again
By the end of the onboarding process, I believe I felt confident enough to handle the software independently, which was my main goal. There was a moment in the middle where a particular training module about the database feature really clicked for me; it helped clarify how to manage contacts efficiently and integrate calling tools smoothly into the workflow. This clarity gave me a boost even though the earlier parts of the training felt a bit overwhelming due to all the new terminology and steps. The ongoing updates that rolled in during my training also helped make the software feel fresher and easier to use every week. The onboarding flow itself was paced well to allow practice without pushing too fast, though I recognize some patience is necessary to not feel rushed. The telephonic priority support was helpful when I needed some quick questions answered, and that made a difference in my confidence. If I had to do this again, I think I would because while the process demanded time and focus, it’s a worthwhile investment for someone who aims to be thorough. I could see it being less ideal for those who want instant results, but for me, it proved solid.
