Felt quite confident because everything was easy to find
I started by exploring the training modules, and one thing I really appreciated was the logical layout. Unlike some other software where you have to hunt for what you need, WFHI's training materials were well organized. The videos, documents, and steps were grouped in a way that made sense, which saved me a lot of time. Although the onboarding covered a lot, I never felt overwhelmed because I could easily pick and choose relevant parts based on my pace. The calling tools were just one click away after training, so I could test things immediately. Sometimes the database seemed a bit dense, but I found enough guidance there. It felt balanced – enough support without too much clutter. This clarity definitely made me feel more in control and willing to stick with the setup. In short, the ease of locating exactly what I needed gave me confidence to move forward with my remote workflow.
