Felt pretty smooth mostly
The whole onboarding and training experience felt pretty smooth overall. I especially liked how the instructions were laid out step-by-step during the initial setup, which made things quite clear without feeling overwhelming. There were moments when some labels could have been a bit simpler, maybe more straightforward, but honestly, I managed to get through without much hassle. The video sessions paired with the live chat helped clarify doubts quickly enough. I also appreciated how the training didn’t feel rushed, giving me time to absorb things at my own pace. However, a few technical terms popped up without much explanation, which made me pause for a second. Still, I think anyone who’s comfortable with basic tech concepts would find the whole process friendly and easy to follow.
