Felt pretty good about buying after weighing the pros and cons
When I started looking into WFHI's offerings, honestly, I had quite a few doubts. On one hand, the sales process didn’t feel pushy, which I appreciated, but on the other, some of their marketing descriptions were a little vague about what exactly was included in the software and training. That made me cautious. I went back and forth weighing if it was worth investing in. However, by the time I got through the demo and talked to support, I felt more confident. They were pretty clear about what features worked how, and the sign-up and invoicing process seemed straightforward without hidden catch. I remember the dashboard walkthrough helped demystify how I’d manage calls and client data. Yes, there were a few things I had to clarify, like the specifics of the database feature and the billing cycle, but the team was helpful and patient. So overall, I’d tell a friend it’s a decent platform to at least try if you want structured remote workflow training coupled with good software. Just go in knowing it takes some patience before everything clicks. The initial uncertainty lessened as I got more hands-on, leaving me feeling satisfied that my decision wasn’t rushed or pressured.
