Felt mostly confident but there were small uncertainties
When I first looked into the software and training options, I remember feeling a mix of optimism and a bit of doubt. The sales process was pretty thorough, and they answered my questions without pushing too hard, which made me feel comfortable considering the investment. On the other hand, I did notice that some details about the features and limitations were a bit vague, which meant I had to do some additional reading on my own. By the end, I was feeling confident about moving forward but still had a part of me wondering if I might need extra support once I was fully set up. The explanations around what the software could handle versus what was outside its scope helped temper expectations, which is good. I appreciated that balance because it meant I wasn’t walking in blindly. Overall, I would say that while I came away mostly reassured and ready to use the tools, some more upfront clarity or hands-on demos might have made me feel even more certain about the choice.
