Felt most confident after training on the calling tools
I started the training unsure about handling remote workflows, and by the end, I felt somewhat more confident but still a bit unsure. The onboarding covered many features, from the database to the dialer software, but what really stood out to me was the section on the calling tools. It was the clearest part, with examples that actually helped me imagine how to apply it day to day. The automatic updates sometimes introduced changes that required me to revisit parts of the training, which was sometimes frustrating. Payment and invoicing instructions were given, but I found it less detailed compared to other areas. Telephonic support was there when needed, which helped boost my confidence a bit. Overall, while I’m not yet fully comfortable with the entire workflow, having detailed training on calling tools made me feel better equipped to keep going and explore further. It’s clear that if the other parts matched that clarity, I might be more self-assured already. So the calling tools portion remains the most memorable and confidence-building section for me.
