Felt more like a sales pitch than reality
Honestly, the whole WFHI sign-up and pre-purchase process felt off from the start. I expected a clear rundown before paying, but the explanations were vague and didn’t match what the software actually did. Promises about how easy the calling tool would be fell flat. The database feature wasn’t as intuitive as advertised either. Support was okay when asked, but didn’t proactively clarify anything before I committed. Billing felt confusing as the invoices arrived at unexpected times and the payment portal threw a few errors when I tried to pay. It all felt like a hassle compared to what I was hoping for. Training was short and didn’t cover some basics I really needed to understand. The onboarding process lacked real guidance, leaving me to figure out much by trial and error. I guess the software has potential, but the pitch around it led me to expect a smoother experience. I can’t say I’m happy with the process overall. It just felt like I was sold on things that weren’t fully ready or explained.
