Felt more like a one-time setup headache than ongoing support
From the start, I felt like the whole WFHI setup was complicated in a way that made me doubt whether I'd get consistent benefit over time. The initial sign-up and payment process were straightforward, but after that, much of the time was spent setting up the software and trying to understand how to use the calling and database features together. This seemed like a one-off hurdle, but then I realized that many functions required constant manual adjustments to suit my workflow. The onboarding training touched on the basics, but didn’t fully explain the ongoing tweaks I had to make every day. Support calls were polite but often didn’t resolve my issues promptly, making the whole experience frustrating. I expected a smoother integration with fewer recurring setup tasks. So overall, despite some good features, the process felt more like a one-time setup headache than sustained, useful assistance that would keep improving my work routine over time.
