Felt more independent than I expected at first
Honestly, I went into the training assuming there would be a lot more hand-holding given the technical nature of setting up remote workflows. I expected a heavily guided process, with frequent check-ins and detailed walkthroughs of every feature. What actually happened surprised me—in a good way. While the training was designed to cover a broad range of topics, it left plenty of room for figuring things out myself. There were helpful tutorials, but I often found myself clicking around the dashboard, testing the dialer functions, and experimenting with the database interface to really understand how the workflows fit together. This combination of some structured training and self-led discovery made me feel like I was learning at my own pace, though it did mean I had to be proactive in seeking out the answers rather than waiting for them. Compared to other software platforms I’ve used, this felt like more autonomy, which ultimately helped me gain confidence quickly. Still, I do think if you prefer a very hand-holding approach, this might feel overwhelming at times, but for me the balance worked well.
