felt meh, not really matching my hours
So overall the training felt kinda meh because it wasnt really suited for the hours I work. The onboarding stuff kicked off okay but I noticed the sessions were fixed in the middle of the day when I was usually doing other things, so I had a tough time squeezing them in. Some parts of the training were useful, like how to use the dialer and database, but the timing did not fit with my actual schedule at all. It kinda felt like I was struggling to keep up and had to pause the sessions a lot to catch up later. The thing I liked was that the software updates happened automatically so at least the platform felt modern without me doing extra work. But otherwise I felt I had to adjust my day a lot and missed out on some training features. So yea, if your working hours dont sync with the sessions it might not work out well for you. Honestly, I was hoping for more flexible timings so I could align it better with my routine and have a smoother onboarding time.
