felt lost and frustrated with setup

At first I thought the onboarding training would just be a one-time thing to get me going, but it turns out a lot of setup felt ongoing and confusing. Like, some parts I set up once, but then other steps repeated or popped back in my workflow unexpectedly, which threw me off quite a bit. I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to keep adjusting my settings or if it was just how the software worked, because the instructions didn’t explain much about what was a one-off task versus what needed constant tweaking. It felt like the training focused more on immediate actions but didn’t prepare me for how things would change over time or how to maintain a workflow that sticks. Honestly, that back and forth made me question if the onboarding was really helping or just adding to the confusion. I needed more clarity on which parts were temporary and which were permanent, but I guess maybe that is something I have to learn from experience, though a better explanation initially would’ve saved me a lot of hassle and frustration. Overall, it left me unsure if I was doing everything correctly or missing key ongoing steps.
