Felt like something was skipped in setup
Getting started with the training and onboarding took longer than I expected, mainly because some steps weren’t very clear. The initial sign-up went smoothly, but once I started the actual training modules, I found the pacing uneven. The introductory sessions were decent but lacked depth in explaining how to integrate the software’s calling tools into daily routines. I also noticed that the onboarding flow didn’t emphasize the use of the database feature enough, which I think is essential for managing remote workflows effectively. It seemed like we were thrown into the dialer setup without much contextual background. That said, the telephonic support helped clear up some confusion once I reached out to them. The automatic updates were seamless and didn’t disrupt my workflow, which was a relief. Still, I wish the materials had more practical examples to speed things up. Overall, it took a full week before I felt comfortable using all the tools confidently. The software itself performed well, and the invoicing and payment process was straightforward. It was just the early learning curve that felt unnecessarily steep. With a bit more focus on step-by-step guidance, especially around the integration points, it could have been quicker to get going. For now, it’s mostly good, but the initial onboarding could be smoother. A little more detail here would have helped me avoid some wasted time early on.
